University Introduction
The University of Notre Dame Australia (UNDA) was established in 1989 as a Catholic university, inspired by the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, USA, with deep roots between the two institutions. UNDA students also have the opportunity to participate in exchange programs with the University of Notre Dame in the United States. Currently, UNDA has three campuses, with its main campus located in the beautiful port city of Fremantle in Western Australia, just 20 kilometers from Perth, accessible within a 30-minute drive.
UNDA combines the characteristics of modern Australian universities with the classical traditions of Catholic universities in Europe and North America. Notably, health and education programs are traditional disciplines at UNDA. The university also collaborates with churches in Australia to provide educational services to Indigenous communities in the northern regions of Australia.
