The college boasts a team of dedicated teachers, many holding Master's Degrees and possessing extensive teaching experience. A unique aspect of Universal English is its personalized approach to student development. Every 6 weeks, students participate in private one-on-one coaching sessions with their teachers. During these sessions, individual strengths and weaknesses are identified, and personalized goals are set to optimize learning outcomes.

A highlight of the college calendar is "Active English Week," held twice annually. During this special event, students engage in activities designed to enhance their speaking skills and build confidence outside the traditional classroom setting.
